The payments shall be made either through cash
or cheque/bank draft/pay order payable at jaipur in the name of
“Patni Colonizers & farms Ltd., cheque/bank draft pay order shall
be subject to clearance. Outstation cheque shall not be accepted. The
promoter shall not be responsible for payments made through any other
mode. |

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
-
The sale value includes the cost
of plot with the internal development such as water supply,
electrification, sewerage facility , roads etc. which are
compulsorily being developed by colonizers as per present policy of
J.D.A.

Charges/conversion charges lease
money and all other JDA charges shall be paid and borne by the
intending allotee in addition to the sale value of the plot.

The sale value of the plot
includes basic price plus preferential location charges as per
applicable rates.
